All games offered on the 55ji platform that involve an element of chance — including but not limited to slot games, bingo, Monster Mine, and Ludo Quick — utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG generates results that are statistically independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by prior game outcomes, bet sizes, or any external factor.

55ji reserves the right to suspend, terminate, and forfeit the balance of any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

You may request the closure of your 55ji account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (exclusive of unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). 55ji may levy a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice. Dormant account holders are encouraged to log in and manage or withdraw their balance.

In the event of any dispute between you and 55ji arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For unresolved disputes related to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also escalate their complaint to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory body.
55ji reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55ji will provide notice to registered players via the platform or through the email address associated with your account.
